BNNT, formerly known as BrowNNote, is one of Konrad Smoleński’s aural projects. Co-founded by Daniel Szwed, BNNT strives to employ music as a medium of art. Smoleński’s sonic activities are defined by the props and tools/instruments he favours: fire, explosives, adhesives, very loud noise.
Smoleński’s affinity for sounds and music affects all the other genres of art that he is a practitioner of, such as video, installations, performance, all of which are an expression of the his inexhaustible creativity, his zany sense of humour, his subversive tendencies and his non-compromising artistic stance.
